Terms of Service

Service Description

The CCRI dba CCRI Inc. mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by CCRI (“CCRI,” “we,” or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of those changes.

Consent to Receive Messages

By consenting to CCRI’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of CCRI through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Messages may include service notifications, scheduling reminders, employment alerts, program updates, event notifications, and other communications related to CCRI services and programs.

Voluntary Participation

Signing up for this program is not required to receive services from CCRI. Your participation is completely voluntary, and your consent is not a condition of receiving services, support, or assistance from CCRI.

Charges & Message Frequency

CCRI does not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency will vary depending on your interactions with CCRI and the services or programs you participate in. Message and data rates may apply. Please check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of the Service at any time by texting the single keyword “STOP” to the number from which you receive messages or by clicking the unsubscribe link (where available) in any message. After texting “STOP,” you will receive a one-time confirmation of your opt-out. You will not receive additional messages unless you re-enroll in the Service.

Support or Help

For support or help regarding the Service, text “HELP” to the number from which you receive messages or contact CCRI directly.

Phone Number Changes

We may change the telephone number or system we use to send messages at any time. If that occurs, we will notify you of any necessary updates. You acknowledge that messages sent to outdated numbers (e.g., STOP or HELP requests) may not be received, and CCRI is not responsible for honoring those requests unless properly directed.

Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide an accurate mobile number. If you change or deactivate your number, you must notify CCRI to ensure proper delivery of messages.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CCRI is not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, for any errors in such information, or for any actions taken or not taken in reliance on the information provided via the Service.

Privacy

We value your privacy. Your information will be handled in accordance with CCRI’s Privacy Policy.
