CCRI may offer clients, employees, guardians, caregivers, and other authorized contacts the option to receive updates, reminders, notifications, and other communications via SMS (text messaging). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from CCRI, you consent to receive SMS communications related to services, appointments, program updates, account information, events, and other CCRI-related communications.

Consent & Opt-In

You may opt in to receive SMS text messages by providing your mobile number through DataPlus, employee onboarding materials, event registrations, or directly to a CCRI representative. Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with CCRI and the services or programs in which you participate.

Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. CCRI is not responsible for any charges incurred as a result of SMS communications.

Opt-Out & Help

You may opt out of receiving SMS text messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications unless you opt in again. You may request assistance by replying “HELP”to any message or by contacting CCRI directly.

Use of Mobile Numbers

CCRI will not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile numbers provided for SMS communication will only be used for the purposes described above and as otherwise permitted by law.

CCRI takes your privacy seriously. Personal information collected through SMS enrollment and communications will be handled in accordance with CCRI’s Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws. While CCRI implements reasonable safeguards to protect your information, no method of electronic communication can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
