Basics of Cooking

In this session, participants will learn the proper steps for washing and preparing a variety of fresh fruits. We’ll practice safe and simple cleaning techniques, talk about why food hygiene matters, and explore different textures, colors, and flavors. After prepping, everyone will enjoy the fruits as a healthy, refreshing snack.
